We personally manage our rental homes in Goose Creek and Ladson, with clear communication and care for the place you call home.”
Plumeria Place was inspired by a beloved mother whose love, kindness, and example of helping and serving others left a lasting mark. Though she passed away too soon, her memory lives on in the way we care for people. The plumeria was her favorite flower, making it a meaningful symbol of the love behind our name. As we personally own and manage our rental homes, we strive to carry her example forward by treating our residents with respect, listening with care, and remembering that a home is more than a place to live—it’s a place to feel welcomed and valued.
